Delivery Cost: $75.00

There are no restrictions to time or date. The customer must make delivery arrangements in advanced, there are no guarantees when you get closer to the event date.

A minimum order payment/deposit of 25% is required to secure the items requested for the event date. The deposit is non- refundable 6 months prior to the event date. Final payment is due one week before your event. You may pay your final balance with any major credit card or e-mail money transfer.

Damage Waiver is 8% of your total rental cost which is non-refundable.  This will cover the basic wear and tear on all our products as well as accidental damages to a reasonable extent and does not cover theft or neglect.  You shall not be charged for the first $100.00 of damages and 50% of any additional damages from any cause other than those damages set forth in the below paragraphs A, B, and C for which you shall be fully responsible and liable with respect to each individual item or equipment:
A. Loss or damage resulting from overloading or exceeding the rated capacity of equipment.
B. Loss or damage due to theft, mysterious disappearance or shortage disclosed in inventory.
C. Loss or damage that occurs due to improper handling by transportation / courier or related
companies.

DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT INSURANCE.

You are still responsible for all personal injuries or property damage as set forth in the Rental Contract or operation of the equipment. The Damage Waiver is enforced for the same duration as the rental period. A rental period begins when you pick up the rented equipment and ends when the rented item is returned.

The "Damage Waiver" is required on all rentals. This covers the renter for accidental damage to the rental equipment. This damage waiver fee can be waived if the customer provides to the Urbana Group a Certificate of Insurance from their insurer that shows the Urbana Group named as an additional insured.

Damage Waiver Exceptions
Even with the Damage Waiver, damage or loss caused by burglary, theft, conversion, misuse, abuse intentional or negligent damage or destruction, or similar causes remain your responsibility.
 

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, The Urbana Group will allow to postpone any event if restrictions do not allow the event to take place. If the event gets cancelled, the Urbana Group will refund the deposit in full.
