DAY OF COORDINATION
Planning an event can be stressful. We're here to take some of that stress away.
SET UP & TAKE DOWN SERVICES
Includes set up and take down services of all décor, including décor that is not rented through Urbana Rentals.
12 Hours Included
2 hours dedicated to preparation prior to event. Includes any pick up/drop off of any additional decor.
8 hours dedicated to the event (4 hours for two coordinators)
Includes set up and take down of decor, but does not include any cleaning or washing dishes.
FULL DAY OF COORDINATION
Includes set up and take down and all coordination between vendors. We would also assist in creating a schedule, seating chart, and any other organization you require for your big day!
16 Hours Included
4 hours of preparation prior to the event. Includes contacting vendors for confirmation, building services timeline, and any pickup/drop off of décor
12 hours of set up and coordination dedicated to the date of the event (6 hours for two coordinators)
We would also assist in creating a schedule, seating chart and any other organization you require for your big day!
